Shipping and Returns
Yes, Zen Diamond offers free shipping on all orders within the U.S. All jewelry is shipped fully insured via trusted carriers such as UPS and DHL. Please note that Zen Diamond ships only to physical street addresses; we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery times depend on the product and your shipping address. On every product page, you can see the estimated delivery date. Orders placed Monday to Friday begin processing the next business day. For your orders placed on the weekends and holidays, we initiate the processing the following business day.
Every order will be fully insured by ZEN until you receive your jewelry. We encourage customers to carefully inspect their package for any damage or tampering before signing the delivery receipt.
We offer free returns on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Most goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You may also return your purchase in person at any Zen Diamond store near you.
However, returns and exchanges are not accepted for pre-owned goods, personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewelry (resizing not included). Items that have been damaged or handled improperly are not subject to return either.
Right after your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number. Additionally, feel free to log into your Zen Diamond account to view your order status.

Placing an online order with Zen Diamond is simple and secure. Browse our collection, select the product and ring size you wish to order then click “Add to Cart.” To complete your transaction, enter your shipping address and payment information at checkout. When you are all set you will receive a confirmation email.
Zen Diamond accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also support secure online payment gateways for your convenience. In addition, we accept PayPal, Klarna, and other payment methods offered through Shopify Payments.

Cleaning, Care and Repair
We recommend having your Zen Diamond jewelry cleaned and inspected every 6 months. We provide free cleaning and inspection services for your ZEN Diamond goods to help preserve your jewelry. For further details, please visit or contact your nearest Zen Diamond store.
Every few weeks, give your jewelry a gentle cleaning at home for regular care. Avoid using any harsh chemicals so as not to cause any defects. Every once in a while, take your jewelry to the nearest Zen Diamond store for professional care.
