Free Shipping on Returns and Exchanges

To make your experience as smooth as possible, we offer convenient free shipping services for returns and exchanges on all orders over $99 within the continental United States.

Please initiate your return or exchange by filling out the form on this page. This includes unworn products shipped to any address within the United States.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. You may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days from the shipment date for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in original condition and include all original boxes, packaging, and documentation, including the laboratory grading report certificate.

Please note that personalized jewelry, custom orders, engraved items, items resized after initial purchase, Diamond Upgrade Program purchases, clearance items, and “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within:

  • 30 days from the date of delivery for most items
  • 15 days for unworn watches in like-new condition

You may also return your purchase in person at any Zen Diamond store near you.

Free Return Shipping

After you complete and submit the form, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours, following verification of your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed instructions on how to properly package and ship your item.

For eligible returns or exchanges requested within 30 days of the original shipment date, a complimentary return shipping label will be provided by email.

Easy Exchanges Within 30 Days

We are pleased to offer a simple and convenient exchange process.

If you would like to exchange your item, please complete and submit the Exchange Request Form on this page. Once submitted, our team will review your request and verify your order details.

After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with your Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to properly package and ship your item back to us.

For eligible exchanges requested within 30 days of the original shipment date, a complimentary return shipping label will be provided. The item must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and must include all original packaging and documentation.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, one of our jewelry professionals will contact you to confirm the new item you would like to receive and review availability, specifications, and pricing details.

If there is a price difference between the exchanged items:

  • If the new item has a higher price, a secure payment link will be provided for the balance due. The replacement item will be prepared and shipped after full payment is received.
  • If the new item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment after the exchange is finalized.

After confirmation of the replacement item and completion of any required payment adjustments, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the replacement has been dispatched.

 

Easy In-Store Exchanges

If you are located near one of our ZEN Diamond USA retail locations, or plan to visit, you may complete your exchange in person. Please bring the item along with all original packaging and documentation. Our team will assist you directly.

Insured and Secure

Our free return label provides insurance coverage for your item.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy:

Final Sale Items: Pre-owned, personalized, custom-made, resized, or engraved jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

Condition of Item: Items that show any signs of wear, misuse, damage, alteration, or modification not performed by ZEN Diamond are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges and any additional shipping or service fees are non-refundable.
