Limited Lifetime Warranty – Manufacturing and Craftsmanship Defects

At ZEN Diamond USA, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, for as long as you own your jewelry.

If you ever have a concern regarding the structural integrity, setting security, or overall workmanship of your piece, simply bring it to any ZEN Diamond location for a professional inspection. If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it at no cost to you.

If the condition is not related to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer repair services at a reasonable cost.

Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Lost, chipped, cracked, or damaged diamonds or gemstones 
(clear indications of normal wear or misuse)
Normal daily wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, worn prongs, or metal thinning over time
Damage caused by accident, misuse, or exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions
Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance
Damage resulting from lack of routine maintenance
Natural variations in gemstones or metals
Damage resulting from third-party repairs, resizing, alterations, or unauthorized servicing
Rhodium plating wear, oxidation, or natural changes in metal color over time
Bent, misshapen, or warped rings caused by impact or improper wear
Center stones or materials not originally supplied by ZEN Diamond USA


Routine Care Matters

Fine jewelry and precious metals naturally wear over time. Regular inspections help ensure stones remain secure and your piece stays in proper wearable condition. We highly recommend visiting one of our locations at least once a year for professional cleaning, examination, and inspection of prongs, settings, clasps, and overall structural integrity.

Routine inspections can help prevent unexpected issues, such as loose stones or potential loss, by identifying normal wear before it becomes a larger concern.

It is important to understand the difference between a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty and normal wear and tear, which is not covered. This distinction is not always obvious to those outside of the industry. Routine care helps protect your investment and maintain the long-term integrity of your jewelry.

 

Free Ring Resizing

ZEN Diamond USA offers a 1-time complimentary ring resizing within 1-year of the original purchase date, provided the ring design allows for resizing.

This offer excludes eternity bands, tension-set rings, rings made of alternative metals (including stainless steel), and any ring that cannot be resized due to its design or material composition.

 

How Warranty Claims Work (Step-by-Step)


Contact us first by 
filling the  Warranty Claim form below this page, please complete the form at the bottom of the page in full. (please do not ship without authorization). Provide your order number and/or  and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

 

If the case appears eligible, we will issue a return authorization (RA#) and shipping instructions and/or dropping off instruction if you are near one of ZEN Diamond USA locations near you. Otherwise shipping instructions will be emailed to you.

Once we receive your item you will be notified of receipt. lour jewelery expert(s) will inspect the item. If approved, we will proceed with repair or another appropriate solution.

Dropping Off Your Item for Repair at a ZEN Location

If you are near a ZEN Diamond USA retail location, you may bring your item in person for inspection or repair. Please bring the jewelry item along with any certificates and original paperwork.

At the time of drop-off, you will receive a written receipt confirming delivery of your item. Please retain this receipt as your proof of submission.

Shipping Your Item to Us for Repair

After receiving your Return Authorization (RA) number, please ship your item using a major carrier that offers tracking and insurance.

You will receive detailed shipping instructions by email, including guidelines on how to properly package and send your item.

Until we receive and sign for your item, the risk of loss or damage remains with the customer. For your protection, insured shipping is strongly required. Shipping and insurance costs to send the item to us are the customer’s responsibility.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover the repair costs and return shipping back to you.

Repairs Outside Warranty

Even if your item is not covered under warranty, ZEN Diamond is always here to help care for and service your jewelry. In many cases, we can still assist with repairs. After evaluating your piece, we will provide a clear estimate for your approval before proceeding.

Please note that any prior repair, resizing, or alteration performed by a third party voids the ZEN Diamond warranty and may limit our ability to service the item. In some cases, previous work can affect the structural integrity of the piece, which may require additional restoration or make certain repairs unavailable. Our team will carefully evaluate your jewelry and advise you on the available options.
