To make your experience as smooth as possible, we offer free shipping and free returns on all orders over $99 within the continental United States.

Delivery Terms

We take extra steps to ensure your order arrives safely and discreetly:

• Signature required for all deliveries to ensure secure receipt.
• No reference to the contents or sender appears on the outer packaging.
• Billing and shipping addresses may differ—we accommodate this for your convenience.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within:

• 30 days from the date of delivery for most items
• 15 days for unworn watches in like-new condition

You may also return your purchase in person at any Zen Diamond store near you.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Final Sale: Pre-owned items, personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewelry (resizing not included) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Misuse: Items that have been mishandled or damaged outside the care of Zen Diamond are not eligible for return.
• Shipping Charges: Additional shipping fees are non-refundable.
