The sapphires are listed with a "Diffusion" clarity/treatment, and all diamonds are F color and VS clarity, placed to maximize the overall look. Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within:

• 30 days from the date of delivery for most items
• 15 days for unworn watches in like-new condition

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Final Sale: Pre-owned items, personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewelry (resizing not included) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Misuse: Items that have been mishandled or damaged outside the care of Zen Diamond are not eligible for return.
• Shipping Charges: Additional shipping fees are non-refundable.
